1. Sponsor

The Jimmy Juice Summer Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Jimmy Juice (“Sponsor”), Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Website: https://www.drinkjimmyjuice.com.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok. By entering, participants release Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok from any responsibility related to this Promotion.

2. Eligibility

Open only to:

  • Legal residents of Pennsylvania, New York, Maryland, Delaware, and New Jersey

  • Who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry

Void outside PA, NY, MD, DE, and NJ and where prohibited.

Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor are not eligible.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify age and residency prior to awarding prize.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on the date the official giveaway post is published and ends on July 31 at 11:59 PM EST.

The winner will be randomly selected on August 1.

4. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, eligible participants must complete all of the following:

  1. Follow:

    • Instagram: @drinkjimmyjuice

    • Facebook: @drinkjimmyjuice

    • TikTok: @drink.jimmy.juice

  2. Tag three (3) friends in the comments of the official Instagram giveaway post.

  3. Share the official giveaway post to their Instagram Story.

  4. Subscribe to the Jimmy Juice newsletter at www.drinkjimmyjuice.com.

All entry actions must be completed during the Promotion Period.

Verification Requirement:
Participants must screenshot their reposted Instagram Story and retain the screenshot for verification. Sponsor may request proof at any time prior to awarding the prize. Failure to provide proof upon request may result in disqualification.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate, automated, script-generated, or fraudulent entries are void.

No purchase is required to participate. Purchase of Jimmy Juice products does not increase chances of winning.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

  • Two (2) Jimmy Juice branded beach chairs

  • One (1) Jimmy Juice branded umbrella

  • One (1) Jimmy Juice branded canvas tote bag

  • One (1) genuine YETI® cooler

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $500 USD.

No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Prize does not include alcohol.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner will be notified via Instagram direct message and must respond within seventy-two (72) hours or an alternate winner may be selected.

Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release where permitted by law.

7. Publicity

Except where prohibited, entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, social media handle, and city/state for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Promotion.

Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

9. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.

10. Governing Law

The Promotion is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Pennsylvania.

11. Winner List

For the name of the winner, send a written request within sixty (60) days of winner selection to:
